  Walked in the other week and stood in front counter listening to the crew have a good old chat in the office area not bothering to check to make sure anyone was actually hungry that night. Didn't say anything simply to see how long it took. I walked out after 5:30mins. And in addition if walk in and are able to watch them make your meal if asked for anything taken off due to allergic reactions eg Tomato I'm not allergic though they removed tomato from my burger after realising it wasn't ment to be their instead of doing it again as they would have been trained to.
